This month’s updates are all about working together more easily, adapting to international audiences, and giving you clearer control over your account and content. We’ve also shipped several quality-of-life improvements behind the scenes.
Smarter Event Collaboration, Built for Teams
We’ve introduced a brand-new Collaborators system that lets you invite people to help manage your event, without giving everyone full control.
This update makes it much easier to work with teammates, clients, or partners while keeping your event secure and organized. Each collaborator now has a defined role, so everyone knows exactly what they can (and can’t) do.
Inviting collaborators is simple via email. The owner can update roles or remove collaborators at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
New Display Languages Added
Kululu is now more accessible to international audiences.
We’ve added support for Swedish, Portuguese, and Japanese, bringing our total supported languages to:
English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Dutch, Hebrew, Swedish, Portuguese, and Japanese
The selected display language applies to both the digital album and the Photo Wall, helping guests feel more at home when sharing their memories.
Automatic Video Duration for Your Photo Wall
We’ve made important improvements to how content behaves during your Photo Wall (the slideshow of your digital album).
Videos now play in their full length, not just previews. You can also set a custom maximum video duration and control text post duration for slideshows.
These updates give you more control over how content is displayed during your event.
Miscellaneous Improvements
Alongside the bigger updates, we’ve rolled out several smaller but meaningful improvements across the platform.
Updated event active times
Event uploading periods are now more flexible across plans. The Free plan includes 24 hours of uploading time, the Plus plan offers 1 month, and the Pro plan includes 3 months.
Improved email & account system
We’ve improved our email delivery and password reset flow and redesigned the account area for event owners. You can now more easily update your name and email, manage or cancel your subscription, or delete your account.
Better media downloads
Hidden media is now included when using “Download All,” organized into a separate folder so owners can access everything without mixing visible and hidden uploads.
General performance & stability updates
We’ve made several under-the-hood improvements, including UI copy refinements, better Photo Wall sound control, and overall performance and stability enhancements.
